    Chairman Miley moves to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

    H. B. 4403 -- “A Bill to amend and reenact §3-6-4a of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to changing the filing deadline for certified write-in candidates; and removing provisions related to the filing requirements for an election to fill a vacancy in an elective office that conflict with other sections of code.”
